If you have additional questions, the claims centre that we opened last week to assist with the Windsor and Tecumseh floods will be open until 7 pm on Friday, October 14. Our staff will continue to answer questions about the claims process, settle contents claims and provide reimbursement for additional living expenses. Please bring your insurance policy details with you to the centre. It is set up at the Holiday Inn and Suites Windsor, which is located at 1855 Huron Church Road.
The centre will be open from 8:30 am to 7 pm until Friday.
