We know that dealing with an insurance claim can be disruptive and want to ensure that the process is as quick and smooth as possible for you.

 

To help get you back on track, we have set up a claims centre at the Holiday Inn and Suites Windsor, which is located at 1855 Huron Church Road. Intact Insurance staff will be assisting with questions about the claims process, settling contents claims and providing reimbursement for additional living expenses. Please bring your insurance policy details with you to the centre.

 

The centre will be open the following hours:

Monday to Friday

8:30 am – 7 pm

 

Thanksgiving Long Weekend

Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 2 pm

Monday: Closed

 

Regular Weekends

Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 2 pm
